The Silver Hill Volunteer Fire Department is saddened to inform you that two past members have passed away this past week.

We thank these two men and their Families for their service.

Our Thoughts and prayers are with their Families.

Robert Glascoe passed away Friday night at his home.  ” Bobby ” was an integral part of operations at Silver Hill

for several years. Bobby helped as an Ambulance and Engine driver. Approximately 9 years ago, Bobby came back

when we started a staffing program. Bobby was a funny person who everyone liked to ride and associate with.

He was the type of person who was willing to help in any way he could. Bobby would come by the station occasionally

to talk with the members, even when his health was not so good. Bobby will be missed by many people …
