The job interview is one of the most humbling experience one can have in life. The pressure of self reflection intensifies as you sit there waiting for your turn to explain why you are the best candidate for the job. Wishing, hoping and even praying increases as you subject yourself to the process of trying to gain employment. You can reduce those pressures by gaining experience. You reflect and ask what can I do to make myself a better candidate for jobs? You say to yourself, I can’t afford to volunteer my time for free to get experience. Don’t fool yourself any longer. You cannot afford to not volunteer to get experience.
You don’t get paid for what you know, you get paid for what you do! You want to get paid to be a firefighter, paramedic or emergency medical technician? You in most cases have to be a firefighter, emergency medical technician or a paramedic to get paid to do it. You do all those things by volunteering. You can’t get paid to be a doctor if you don’t have experience. You can’t get paid to be a politician without getting experience in serving.
Come to our training opportunities and gain the knowledge and experience to get the job you seek!
